These are the factory items, just like my rip-off local heating contractor used to sell to me for much more money. Replacement/installation was a 5 minute affair, half of which was getting the dirty filter element into the replacement element box for disposal.
Delivery was fast and package arrived in pristine shape. I highly recommend this vendor.

I have allergies and these filters keep my inside air at high quality. They make my life better. They are expensive, but when you consider you only have to replace them once every 6 months, the extra cost is worth it.

A big improvement from the MERV 10 filter. It is much more efficient and thus will collect most dust/particulates - which may require you to change the filter more often than the MERV 10. But the other option is to breath the dust - so be happy.
I have a wood working shop in my basement and end up replacing the filters every 3-4 months. I have considered buying the Lennox MERV 16 (HEPA) filters but I don't have the set up to prefilter the air to a MERV 8 level before it goes to the HEPA (so as to prolong the useful life of the more expensive $100 HEPA filter.) Without the MERV 13 filter, I wouldn't feel safe to do wood working in the house.
Very easy and fast to install.
