I purchased and installed the Panasonic WhisperValue 80 CFM in a bathroom sized 7' x 10'. It installed easily and has a very low profile. It is very quiet (about half the sound of the previous 50 CFM fan that was in the bathroom). No more fogged up mirrors after a hot shower!
It's much better than what you'll find at Lowes or Home Depot and really doesn't cost that much more. If I had to make the decision all over again, I'd purchase the same fan.

Bought this almost a year ago. Still so quiet, and so fast. We're moving and I actually considered taking it with me (I think I'll just buy another one!).
